A private and cosy full-service extensions hair salon located in Richmond, with our guests as the only priority.
ÉTINCELLE was founded in 2019 by Jennifer Centellas, a bubbly and charismatic soul, master colourist and extensionist with over 15 years of experience, she will always make sure that you leave the salon feeling your absolute best.
At étincelle, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We aspire to become one of the best hair extensions salon in Richmond, Melbourne and eventually, the world haha!
We provide you with a wide range of high end, quality products and personalised colour & extension services that are catered specifically to your needs. We are fuelled by the desire to transform thin and lifeless hair into a full, luscious mane! Swing by to start looking and feeling amazing!
ÉTINCELLE Studio Policies and Privacy, what we promise, and your rights and obligations.
At ÉTINCELLE we take the time to fully understand the expectations for your visit through a thorough and visual consultation.
However, if the final result doesn’t align with what we envisioned, we will correct it at no extra charge. If you are not happy with the final result by choice or change of mind, we will re-do it at the regular pricing rates.
Deposit Policy
Starting 1st of March 2019
If you are a new client a deposit of $50 will be requested to confirm appointments.
Custom extensions clients need to pay a $250 deposit to cover a small portion of extensions cost, this deposit is non-refundable.
Promotion deposits are non-refundable
Product Exchange and Refunds Policy
When purchasing a product from us at ÉTINCELLE, if after 2 washes you are not satisfied with the products, you may exchange them for another product of the similar value. Please note, we do not provide refunds of any kind, products or services.
Cancellation Policy
We book your appointments and reserve a suitable time especially for our guests, therefore, we request you to be courteous and respectful and call us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. To best utilise appointment times to fill in last minute gaps for all clients we need at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for – so, if you are booked in for a long service and you change your mind and don’t want it done any more, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
“No Shows” for clients not presenting to their scheduled appointment without a valid reason or previous notice, will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Appointment Times
You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
Responsibility for Children & Personal Items
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we ask that children are accompanied by adults at all times, and carefully monitored.
Even though we take as much care as possible, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the guest.
These these policies have been put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your visit to its full extent.
Reminder Service
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent 24 hrs before your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm ‘Y’ for Yes or cancel with ‘N’ for No and then ring for a new appointment. We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows’ will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.
Privacy Policy
At ÉTINCELLE, we diligently monitor the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided to us, and ensures compliance to all relevant legislative and moral requirements by instilling discipline in all aspects of our business.
Our objective is to protect and maintain the privacy, and security of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). Personal information collected by ÉTINCELLE generally comprises name, address, contact details and certain financial information. The National Privacy Principles requires ÉTINCELLE not to store personal information longer than strictly necessary.
